ISAM Management Package

Overview

The ISAM Managed Service allows SAM Members who don’t have the AMS-HOPS Managed Service to benefit from our experience in managing ISAMs across multiple schemes in England, Scotland, and Wales.

Having up to date ISAMs is crucial to the smooth running of any ITSO scheme, particularly the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS), which requires the acceptance of passes from all other schemes in England. The ISAM Managed Service takes over the often-overlooked process of managing your ISAMs to ensure they remain current.

Our highly experienced technical team will work with your HOPS provider to manage all the ISAMs connected to your HOPS, ensuring that both stock and live ISAM are always up to date with the latest product and media definitions and that the latest firmware updates and Key Extensions have been applied.

Our Packages

  • AMS-HOPS Package

    The AMS-HOPS Package forms the foundation of SAM’s Managed Service, in providing a fully managed, dependable back office AMS-HOPS system able to support a wide range of Smart Ticketing Schemes from basic Entitlement Schemes to the most complex of Commercial Schemes.

  • ISAM Management Package

    The ISAM Management Package can be added to the AMS-HOPS Package and provides a fully managed solution for All Members who either seek to host ISAMS for small to medium sized Operators within their AMS-HOPS partition, or who seek to have their own ISAMs managed within their own AMS-HOPS.

  • Customer Relations Management (CRM) Package

    Together with the AMS-HOPS Package, the CRM Package forms the foundation of SAM’s Managed Service. It offers Members a fully managed, dependable back office system for managing customers, with the ability to support a range of Smart Ticketing Schemes from a standard Concessionary Entitlement Scheme to the most complex of Commercial Schemes.

  • SAM Contact Centre Package

    The SAM Contact Centre & Payment Support Package is available to Members who receive the CRM Package and is built around SAM’s experience gained over the last 8 years in customer and payment support. This Package provides a customer facing contact centre service to receive, process and resolve customer letters, phone calls and emails.

  • Payment Support Package

  • Operator Support Package

    The Operator Management Support Package is a service available to all Members who seek to provide ongoing support to Operators in delivering Smart Ticketing Schemes and ensuring that they get best value from their ticketing equipment (whether supplied by a third party or purchased directly).

  • Electronic Payment (ePurse) Package

    The Electronic Payment (ePurse) Package offers SAM Members the opportunity to access an ePurse service as part of a single simple Order Proforma, removing the need for a separate procurement/call off.

  • Commercial Web Portal Package

    The Commercial Web Portal Package provides Members with fully functional, custom branded web portal capable of performing a full range of Customer and Product related services for both ENCTS, Commercial and Scholars Cards and Products.
