Head of Local Authority Procurement
Smart Applications Management (SAM) is recruiting a Head of Local Authority Procurement to lead the development and growth of our National Mobilities Procurement Hub (SAM Framework).
We’re looking for an experienced procurement leader with strong public sector expertise to shape and deliver our procurement strategy, oversee framework development and contract management, work closely with Members and suppliers, and position SAM as a trusted, go-to procurement partner for local authorities and the wider public sector.
SAM will be holding an informal drop-in session on 30 June, during which interested candidates can book a 10-minute call (available between 9:30am and 6:00pm) to learn more about the role and ask any questions.
