Head of Compliance and Member Support
Smart Applications Management (SAM) is recruiting a Head of Compliance and Member Support to lead the delivery of the best services we can for our Members, and to grow uptake in our Membership services, through providing compliant, customer focused solutions and innovation.
We are looking for an experienced leader with strong public transport focused public sector expertise to shape and deliver our managed services, work closely with Members and suppliers, and increase SAM’s role as a trusted partner for local authorities and the wider public sector.
