SAM Local Community Grant Programme
Empowering Members, Strengthening Communities, Making a Difference
We are excited to introduce the SAM Local Community Grant, a brand-new initiative designed to support and celebrate the incredible ideas, people- and projects within our SAM community.
SAM Members who have a managed service login from SAM have the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to £1,500 to help bring a meaningful local community focused project to life. Even better, we plan to award up to six grants, annually, putting £9k directly back into the SAM Members’ community.
This is part of our wider commitment to Social Value in action: enabling Members to create positive and lasting impacts across their communities.
What Can the Grant
Be Used For?
If you work for a SAM Member with a managed service Login from SAM who has an idea that supports people, enhances the environment, strengthens wellbeing, or improves local spaces, we want to hear from you. The Grant can be used to fund small grassroots initiatives, innovative local projects or to improve and strengthen your community: the SAM Community Grant is here to help turn your local vision into reality.

The submission deadline for 2026/27 is 1st September 2026
Showcasing Your Impact
Successful applicants will be asked to provide photos or evidence showing how funds were used and the difference the project made. A dedicated area on the website will be provided to showcase your achievements and inspire others.
